Welcome to Giant Traders Academy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our educational program, website, and associated services. By enrolling in the program or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not enroll or use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, contacting us for enrollment, or completing payment for the program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in the program. By enrolling, you represent that you are 18 or older.

2. Program Description

Giant Traders Academy provides educational content related to index options trading strategies for Indian financial markets. The program includes:

• Pre-recorded video modules covering index options buying strategies
• Rule-based strategy frameworks for Nifty, Bank Nifty, Fin Nifty, Sensex, and Midcap Index
• Capital protection and trader discipline training
• 90 days of Google Sheet updates post-enrollment
• 2 live mentorship sessions with the head mentor
• 1-year access to the student community group

All content is for educational purposes only. We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor. Nothing in this program constitutes financial advice, trading tips, or investment recommendations.

3. Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to limit the number of students enrolled per batch. Confirmation of enrollment will be communicated via WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion without providing a reason.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

The current enrollment fee is ₹30,000, subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your payment confirmation is your locked-in fee.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the program content — which is accessible immediately upon enrollment — we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

• Change of mind after enrollment
• Inability to attend scheduled live sessions
• Dissatisfaction with program results
• Technical issues on the student's end

We strongly encourage you to speak with us on WhatsApp and ask all your questions before making payment. We are happy to answer everything in detail before you commit.

5. Program Access and Usage

Upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation:

• Video content access is provided on a lifetime basis (subject to platform availability)
• Google Sheet update access runs for 90 days from enrollment date
• Student group access runs for 1 year from enrollment date
• Live mentorship sessions are scheduled by the Academy and communicated via the group

Access is for the enrolled student only. You may not share, transfer, or resell your access to any third party.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the program — including but not limited to video recordings, strategy documents, Google Sheets, frameworks, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Giant Traders Academy.

• You may not record, screenshot, reproduce, share, or distribute any course content
• You may not use our strategies or frameworks to create competing educational products
• Sharing access credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and may be subject to legal action.

7. Risk Disclaimer

We are not SEBI-registered investment advisors. Nothing in this program should be construed as personalized investment advice. Always conduct your own due diligence and consider consulting a registered financial advisor before making trading decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Giant Traders Academy and its founders, mentors, and associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the program
• Any trading decisions or financial losses arising from applying program content
• Technical issues, interruptions, or data loss
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for enrollment.

9. Code of Conduct

As a member of the Giant Traders Academy community, you agree to:

• Treat all members, mentors, and staff with respect
• Not share, solicit, or distribute any form of spam or unsolicited promotion in the group
• Not share copyrighted course content outside the program
• Not engage in harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate conduct
• Not make false claims about the program or mentor to others

Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the community group without refund.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the program at any time if you are found to be in violation of these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

You may choose to discontinue participation at any time, though no refund will be provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
